To be a witch is to know the ways of the old.
To be a witch is to see beyond the barriers.
To be a witch is to follow the moon.
To be a witch is to be one with the gods.
To be a witch is to study and to learn.
To be a witch is to be the teacher and the student.
To be a witch is to acknowledge the truth.
To be a witch is to live with the Earth, not just in it.

¥ Witchcraft ("wise-craft" or "craft of the wise") is a spiritual system of natural magic, the belief and reality of which has existed since the dawn of history.

¥ Witchcraft is nature based having a close connection and reverence for nature. All is seen as a manifestation of the divine.

¥ Two important "laws"- common sense really, are the Threefold Law which means whatever energy you send out into the universe will return to you times three. The second is to harm and manipulate no one's free will.

¥ Most Witches share a recognition of the god and goddess. Most believe in a male/female duality of the deity.

¥ Witches do not worship the devil - that is a by-product of Christianity.
